Due to the nature of nail products, we do not offer refunds or returns.

If you receive a product with a defect or issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at orders@brattynailco.comwith your order number and a photo or video of the product.

Once reviewed, we may offer store credit or a replacement at our discretion.

Requests submitted outside of the 14-day window may not be eligible for resolution.
